ConferenceGear up now for the annual gathering of automation industry insiders. I intend to be there–see you in Florida.

ARC Advisory Group announces the agenda for its Industry Forum 2014 in Orlando, Florida, February 10-13. This event, “Industry in Transition: The Information Driven Enterprise,” will feature 11 programs and 36 sessions focused on exploring the latest industry trends and hottest new technologies.

The tale as told in the press release:

New information technologies such as cloud computing, mobility, social technologies, Internet of Things, big data/analytics, and 3D visualization have been getting a lot of attention in the industrial community as each has the potential to disrupt and radically change the way companies do business. Still, most industrial enterprises tend to be conservative and slow to embrace new information technologies. The agenda for this year’s forum will continue to explore what works and highlight the successes of leading organizations for the benefit of all.

New industry solutions will be on display at the Innovations Showcase. The Showcase provides an excellent opportunity for executives to assess the potential for emerging applications in production management, interoperability, virtual manufacturing, process improvement, asset management, operations management, supply chain synchronization, and more. Application scenarios will enable attendees to see how these emerging technologies can be applied to help solve issues across all industries.

Several speaking slots are still available. For information on nominating a speaker for the forum, please visit our Speaker Opportunities page.
