Invensys Client Conference

I made it to Houston tonight and the opening reception for the Invensys Operations Management client conference. I have to say that the turnaround from last year’s conference couldn’t be more thorough. Registration is very good (I was told unofficially that it stands at 550 right now). More telling were the many discussions I had with people I knew who have new roles in the organization. There are smiles, renewed confidence. I’m looking forward to a good conference. Hope to publish a podcast later this week where a couple of senior executives will explain what’s happening during the reorganization.
