Forget outsourcing, try reinsourcing

This study in CIO magazine shows several examples of IT outsourcing going awry and how some CIOs had to renegotiate outsourcing contracts. Seems quality sometimes suffers, the ability to make changes or get things done is constrained and sometimes it just isn’t cheaper. Better think before you knee-jerk outsource.
