Today is the National Holiday of the United States. I take a break from business and throw Search Engine Optimization to the winds.
Every year I suggest that all Americans get out a copy of the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution and read them.
I also suggest reading the Federalist Papers.
We tend to spout off or pass along opinions not based on any foundation or fact.
I also think that reading the Declaration and the Federalist Papers is worthwhile for everyone no matter what nation. Not to “Americanize” you, but these guys were so smart and forward-looking. The various writers of the Papers–Hamilton, Madison, Jay and others–had deep understanding of human behaviour in society. The thoughts are relevant everywhere.
